Office Remodel

The client requested us to repurpose a large electrical room, which housed electrical equipment, into an open office with private offices, phone rooms, and conference rooms.

I was the sole Designer and Project Manager for this project. My responsibilities included collaborating with the client to develop design development drawings and a permit set based on their provided schematic designs, coordinating and managing design meetings, and working with mechanical, electrical, fire alarm, and fire sprinkler contractors. I permitted the drawings and completed the construction administration for this project resulting in a closeout package for the client. All drawings shown are completed by me.
