At ARC Pacific, we completed many Infrastructure projects including updating building mechanical systems, installing new Compressor systems, installing new Triple Duty Valves, installing new fencing, etc. The samples provided in this portfolio are only some of many projects we have successfully completed.

My contribution to these projects varied for each project, but I was the Project Manager for all projects which included the base responsibilities of managing schedules, writing proposals, managing design meetings, contributing to the drawings, ensuring permits were received, and overseeing construction administration.

The image to the left is a project where I was the sole Designer. The project was to install new security fencing around the perimeter of the private school. This drawing was completed by me.

  • This is a sheet from a line-of-sight study required by the Planning Department conducted for the installation of a new condensing unit supporting a new office space we designed. This drawing was done in collaboration with the design team.

  • This project was the replacement of Triple Duty Valves, that service a chiller in an exterior Mechanical Yard, and small updates within the corresponding electrical room. This project was done in collaboration with the design team.

  • Replacing RTU’s are consistent project types we completed at ARC Pacific. This photo was taken during the controls implementation before commissioning for one of those projects.

  • The scope of work for the above project was to install a new electric boiler system on a roof behind an existing screen. A line of sight study was conducted for the Planning Department. One major task for this project was working with the structural engineer to select a placement and design of the equipment support that would not overload the building structure due to the heavy loads of the existing equipment on the roof. In addition, the client added a platform to the design after the project was permitted. I was the sole Designer for this project and drawings were completed by me.

  • Replacing Compressor systems, like the one above, are another typical project type completed with ARC Pacific. On the project shown, the new Compressors were larger than the existing and required additional ducting to vent properly out of the mechanical room, and relocation of additional equipment to comply with clearance and egress requirements.
